Is it free to join?
Creating your profile and applying is always free. As a launch offer, the first 50 verified pros get their first 3 months completely free. After that a Red Plate Builder membership keeps your profile live — a Founding rate of JMD 5,000 for 6 months, then Standard membership at JMD 2,000/month. That membership is separate from your job earnings: the platform fee on each booking is added on top and paid by the client, so you always keep 100% of the price you quote.
How do I get verified?
After you apply, we verify your documents before you go live: a Police Certificate of Character (re-verified yearly), public-liability insurance, a government ID, and — for licensed trades like electricians — a valid trade licence. Only verified pros are shown to owners, so every profile they see has been checked and approved.
How and when do I get paid?
Owners pay securely by card when they book. Once a job is completed, your full job price is paid out to you by bank transfer or Lynk — you keep 100% of your quote. The platform fee is added on top and paid by the client, never taken from you. You can always see your jobs and balance from your dashboard.
What areas can I serve?

What is the platform fee?
Clients pay a 10% platform fee on top of your price when they book. It covers secure payments, contractor verification, support, and the platform that connects you to overseas owners — it is never deducted from your earnings.
