Red Plate Builder connects overseas property owners with verified local contractors. Every pro is checked before their profile goes live.

The steps

• 1.Sign up at Become a pro.
• 2.Build your profile — your trading name, what you do, the parishes you cover, and your rates.
• 3.Upload your documents. See What documents you need.
• 4.Submit for review. Our team checks everything by hand.
• 5.Once approved, your profile goes live and you can start receiving bookings.

While you wait

Your profile is not visible to anyone until it is approved. If something is missing or unclear we will email you and tell you exactly what to fix — you do not have to start again.

After approval

You get the Red Plate Verified badge on your profile, showing the date you were last verified. Owners can find you, see your calendar and book you directly.
