Membership plans

Contractors pay a membership to be listed. There is no commission taken from your prices — you keep 100% of what you charge.

The plans

• Launch offer — the first verified contractors get their first months free.
• Founding rate — a reduced monthly rate for a fixed period after the free months.
• Standard rate — the ongoing monthly rate after that.

The current prices, the free period and how many launch places remain are all shown on the Become a pro page and in your dashboard.

Your dashboard

Under Membership you can see your current plan, your next billing date and the amount that will be charged. Nothing is ever charged without appearing there first.

Moving between plans

When your free period ends you move to the next rate automatically, so your profile does not go offline. You are told before this happens, and you can cancel at any time.

If a payment fails

We email you and your profile stays live while you sort it out. Update your card from the membership section.
