Annual re-verification

Verification is not once and forever. Documents expire, and owners are told a contractor is verified — so it has to stay true.

When it happens

Every year, or sooner if your Police Certificate or insurance expires before then.

What you will get

• A reminder well before the date, while your profile is completely unaffected.
• A notice if the date passes, with a short grace period so a renewal already in progress is not punished.
• A final notice if the grace period runs out — at that point your profile is hidden from the marketplace until you renew.

What to do

Upload the new documents from the Verification page in your dashboard. Our team reviews them the same way as the first time.

Being hidden is not being removed

Your account, your reviews and your history all stay exactly as they are. Once your renewal is approved your profile goes straight back to being visible.

If a renewal is sent back

We will tell you exactly what was wrong. Fix that one thing and resubmit — you do not start over.
