Leaving a review

Once a job is complete you can leave a review from the booking page.

What you can rate

A star rating out of five, plus an optional written comment. You can also rate quality, punctuality, professionalism and value separately if you want to be more precise.

Who can review

Only someone who actually booked and completed a job with that contractor, and only once per booking. That is deliberate — it is why the ratings on this site mean something.

The contractor can reply

Contractors can post one public reply to your review. Both appear on their profile.

Editing or removing a review

Reviews are permanent once posted, so that a contractor cannot pressure someone into changing one. If a review breaks our rules — abusive language, or something that is not about the work — contact us and we will look at it.
